AMC Gremlin 1973 Description

A real H code V8 Gremlin in red with tan interior. This car is optioned with AC and power steering also. Has manual drum brakes all around. Sitting since 1990 but just got it running this week. Installed New points, ondensor, ap and rotor, lugs and wires, rimed the oil system first and it ran with gas being poured down carb. Installed a new fuel pump, ater pump, adiator hoses, nd rebuilt the carb and it runs smooth out of a gas can. Transmission went into forward and reverse. I have a new master cylinder on order which should be here Tuesday. Also ordered wheel cylinders which should be in Thursday. I will drop fuel tank this week for inspection before running out of it. All work done three and four days ago and all said parts are NEW. Found a nice set of Centerline Wheels with new tires up front and near new tires out back. It did not have the rally wheels on it just steel rims and bad tires as rollers. Front seats are torn up under covers. Dash is perfect. Rear seat looks fine just mildly dirty. I will have the front and rear bumper back on this week. They are straight, hrome not perfect. Lights will be put back on as well as grill. I took the AC condensor out and the compressor off as I assume the AC system will need alittle work and besides I hate clutter under the hood. Headliner is up but is dry and will need replace as well as carpet. Passenger door has been replaced and has some rust at bottom inside. Rest of car is a solid California car, nly some mild surface rust where body man was sanding. Body has been gone over by a professional to take care of dings and is pretty straight overall. No major damage that I know of. Floors are solid. Around windows there is no rust. Pictures of engine compartment was before work done. Odometer says 02477 so I am sure it flipped once or twice.
