Buick LeSabre 1967 Description
For sale is a 1967 Buick Lesabre convertible project car. A death in the family forces the sale. The chassis has been completely rebuilt from end to end with new bushings, grommets, ball joints, brakes, etc. The springs are special order lowered 2 inches all around. It has a freshly, completely rebuilt 72-76 455 Buick engine. Everything in the engine is new. The engine is bored .30 over and has an Offenhauser square bore intake and Comp cams cam. It has a brand-new Holley 750 carburetor, new alternator new fuel pump, and new spark plugs and wires. It also has a new HEI Distributor. The engine hasn’t been started since rebuild, it has only been primed. The factory exhaust manifolds have been blasted, coated and look brand new. It has a freshly rebuilt TURBO 400 transmission with a shift kit. The rear end is a rebuilt 10 bolt with posi-traction. The body is pretty straight. There is a very small amount of cancer in the rear quarters. The floors are in great shape with no rust or pits. It comes with many parts and extra sheet metal. It has a trunk lid, two hoods and three fenders. The bumpers, (3), are in decent shape with no rust. The top is intact with bows canvas and pumps. All glass is intact and the windshield is in great shape. The car comes with six 15†factory 5 spoke wheels with decent tires. The upholstery is in decent shape but it has no carpet. There are small parts missing but generally this is a complete car. The original wiring harnesses are intact. It has a new radiator with electric fans. This would make a great father son project. This fine car also has a clean title. Remember, the engine, drivetrain and chassis are all freshly rebuilt, and are worth more than the cost of the whole car.
