Buick Electra 1962 Description

1962 Buick Electra 225 sport coupe with a original 402 nail head V8 with power windows and power steering and brakes with speed warning. I am the 3rd owner. This car has been a local car all its life. It was sold at the Miller Buick company in Hamilton Ohio. (No longer in business) I have the original owners manual with original owners information. The previous owner had owned it for the past ten years. The body appears to have been repainted once however it has been a while since then. Paint is dull. Interior is decent with some tears at drivers seat. Dash has cracks in vinyl. Everything works as it should except the clock. Original radio remains however a Sony Stereo CD player has been install by the previous owner who was in his 70s (dont know what he used the amp and speakers for except that he liked his Lawrence Welk real loud) Motor has new points plugs condenser and cap. The car runs and drives good. The body and underneath is very good and supported by the pictures. The tread on the tires is very good however they are dry rotted from sitting. I have drove it quite a bit with the tires. Wheels are pitted. Spare is original. Motor has a worn rocker arm on passenger side bank which makes a very slight tick sometimes. exhaust appears to be Flow Master dual that is solid. Ask all questions before bidding. You are bidding to buy, ot to be the first to look at it. All inspections are welcome before auction end.It is what it is. Don't dream that its more than that and disappoint yourself .
