Buick Roadmaster 1952 Description

Up for auction is Betty, ur beautiful 1952 Buick Roadmaster. This is a rare model of Roadmaster, eaturing the 4 portholes that depicted Buick's top of the line models. If you want a car that stops people in their tracks, his is the one for you. People literally stop what they are doing to cross streets and parking lots to come look at her, he is that eye-catching!! Originally an Arizona car, etty was relocated to Washington state two years ago. (She has been stored inside a dry, eated shop.) We have had a lot of fun with her and truly hate to have her go, ut it's time for a new home and her next enthusiastic owners.
Betty is in very good shape for her years. There are the little dings and dents expected of a car of this age, ut nothing major. The paint was redone to a maroon (Apache Red) from the original green color. The paint is in very good shape, ith a few rubs where the hood meets the body, ut nothing that seriously detracts from her look. The interior is a beige plush cloth with maroon trim and an olive green carpet. The chrome is in good shape, few dings and light scrapes to again.be expected from her age. She has 4" white wall tires with the very cool Sombrero hubcaps. Tires are fairly new with less than 3000 miles on them; spare is brand new. The interior is in excellent shape, ith a very cool dashboard featuring lots of chrome knobs and trim. All lights work, eater works, indshield wipers and electric windows work, lthough wipers work on a vacuum so can be very slow. Radio and clock do NOT work at this time. (the red on the radio antenna is a red Christmas bow that was there when we first got her)
If you want a VERY cool cruiser or a car show car that attracts a LOT of attention, etty will do that for you. It really is amazing how much attention she gets and how many people will come to look at her, omment on her and tell stories of how "so & so had one of these when I was a kid." Lots of fun to have people tell those stories and enjoy seeing her so much....
