1953 Buick Super 2 dr 322 v8 auto w continetal kit needs restoration

This is a 1953 Buick SUPER with 322 V8 with Dynaflow auto trans. It has been setting since 1999. The mileage is what is on the odometer not sure if it is 118470 or 18470 know this up front. Has had bodywork and paint work done at some time its life. It has most of the chrome parts on the car and the door panel on driverside is not there. Trunk lock drilled to get inside. Has ignition key. extra parts inside car. Floor on driver side has hole in it. see pic. It has surface rust see pics. I have not crawled under this car bought it to restore need to finish what I have so this needs to go. This car does run off of boat tank at engine. Did not smoke or knock. This is a 12 volt car. This needs to be towed will not drive. The car would make a neat driver and I have people stop and look at this all the time. You don;t see many like this.
