1978 cadillac Seville with 350 small block Chevrolet V8

For sale is a beautiful Platinum Metallic classic first generation Seville. If you are reading this you already know the appeal of the elegant 1976-1979 Cadillac Seville.

This car was equipped from the factory with the Oldsmobile Diesel engine. Diesel engine required factory installed hydroboost braking system (very powerful). Though, a FRESH 350 cubic inch Chevrolet small block was transplanted into the car six months ago. The engine runs smooth and does not miss a beat. The Turbo 350 transmission shifts smooth with no hesitation.

New engine parts include:

• Holley electric fuel pump

• Edelbrock 600 cfm 4 barrel carburetor

• Edelbrock Performer intake manifold

• Pertronix high performance ignition system (billet distributor, coil, 8mm wires)

• Hooker competition exhaust headers with stainless steel ARP bolts

• Full 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust with Flowmaster 50 series mufflers

• K&N XTreme air filter and lid

• New Battery

This car rides like new with absolutely no shakes, rattles, or squeaks. There are new disc brake calipers and brake pads at all four corners. The car rides on four like new Goodyear 2 inch wide white wall tires. The air ride self leveling suspension (air shocks) works perfectly.

The interior of the car is very clean. There is some wear to the driver door panel and driver seat (could be restitched or recovered). The steering wheel shows wear as well.

The exterior of car is good but not perfect. There is one small dent on right side of trunk lid near Cadillac emblem (see pictures). The paint is 39 years old so it is thin in some spots, but does not take away from the car's beauty. The vinyl roof looks the way it did when the car was new. The chrome has little wear with no dings or dents. The rear plastic filler panel has recently been replaced as well.

Notes:

• Cruise control is not hooked up

• Air Conditioning lines are plumbed but it is not wired.

• Car needs blower motor

• Windshield washer not working

• Power trunk pull down not working
