Cadillac Fleetwood 1970 Description
here I have is a 1970 Cadillac that is in pretty decent original condition. it came out of a 17 year storage. the guy I got it from got it from montanna in the late 90's and just put a freshly rebuilt engine in it and put maybe 500 or so miles on it when he suffered a severe medical condition. and due to loosing storage space I acquired it and leaned it up and got it going again. it actually cleaned up way better than I thought it would and it runs fantastic. this will be the only time it will be listed on ebay. after that if it don't sell I will have it on local classifieds. so anyway overall condition. the body is very straight with no major damage other than a dent in the front left bumper corner. because its from montana the rust is no that bad. the worst rust is the lower passenger side quarter panel, and some on the edge of the trunk and it has the 2 front trunk mounts and the ends of the rear trunk brace rusted out like almost every other one out there gets. a little starting at the bottom corners of the rear window. that's about it for rust that would require metal work to fix. the floors and the trunk floor (other than what I just mentioned) are in really nice condition. I took many pics underneath as I could to show it as best I can. the interior overall is really nice. no cracks in the dash or door panels. the seats are decent though the drivers is a bit worn and they are faded but I think some black seat die would make them look nearly new again. the carpet and headliner are nice. a rear sunroof was installed a long time ago but still looks nice and looks to have been a professional job. it seems to run and drive very nice. engine starts easy and runs very smooth. it don't seem to leak either. I put 30 miles on it this weekend and didn't run into any issues. when engine was installed they never put the a/c compressor back on. so that missing. the only thing that needs attention for sure is the rear brakes are not working. fronts work just fine but I think theres a blockage in the proportioning valve as it has a new line going to the rear axle and the lines on the rear axle are not blocked. so other than needing a few minor adjustments it should be good to go as is for a summer of cruising. i have a clear title. international buyers are welcome. I require a $500 payment in the first 24 hours and the rest within the next 72 hours unless you will pay the rest in cash then I will give you a week. bring a trailer as I don't condone driving it long distance yet, especially because no rear brakes! anyways good luck bidding.
