Looking for a gorgeous classic Cadillac that you can drive while it appreciates in value over the years? Here you go! This 1988 Cadillac Brougham was purchased in Grand Rapids, MI, at Harvey Cadillac Company. The couple that purchased this then retired to Homestead, Florida. This Cadillac then resided in Florida for the next 28 years. A year ago the Cadillac was sold to the second owner, the couple's friends in Kalamazoo, MI. I purchased it from them. This beautiful car is rust free! The wire wheel covers are in pristine condition. Everything works. This is a mostly original car, that was gone through from top to bottom six months ago at the Cadillac dealer. Anything it needed was done then. It still has the factory paint job which still looks great. After a wax job this car really sparkles! The original vinyl roof is in great shape--still soft and dark. The leather interior is soft and supple. The interior is in exceptional condition. The carpet even still looks new. (some of the factory plastic was still on the carpet and seat bottoms when I purchased it!) The undercarriage is amazingly clean. You could eat off it! ;) This Caddy is powered by a whisper smooth 307 cubic inch (5.0 liter) Oldsmobile V8. This is a tried and true powerplant that is easily capable of racking up over 200,000 miles when properly maintained. It has the 4 speed automatic transmission to allow this car to cruise on the highway at low RPMs and deliver good fuel economy. The factory automatic air ride suspension works perfectly. It has the automatic trunk pull down. Automatic climate control works perfectly. Cruise control works great. It has the tilt/telescopic steering wheel. The paint is a very dark burgundy--it's beautiful. It almost looks black from a distance. It has the Concert Stereo AM/FM cassette player which works completely. The power antenna works flawlessly.
