Cadillac Eldorado 1954 Description

1954 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, et me start out by saying that this is a project car that will need to be built. I will say that this car does have some rust, heir are a couple small holes in the rear corners of the floor pans, one in the trunk that i have found, nd theframe is covered in surface rust, ut no holes in it. Someone at some time replaced the front driver floor pan, ut that has been the only patch that i know of put intothe car. Unlike most that tell you that their car is all their until you get it home and find out other wise, will say that this car is missing a couple pieces. Right offhand i do know that the front seat is missing as well as the; fenders skirts, ouple pieces of the convertible top frame, factoryexhaust manifold, breatherassembly, he big trim pieces on the quarter panels that are specific to Eldorado, nd most likely a couplesmaller parts as well. But as you can see the car is just slap full of partsthat go with the car, ncluding the original motor and automatic transmission that will need to be rebuilt. This car came from the factory a Real Eldorado convertible, he car was Apollo Gold (which is a Eldorado color only), ith Red and whiteLeather interior and Red leather side walls. The car had aWhite Orlon Convertible Top. The option list on the trim tag, eads as a E-H-R, is for the E-Z eye Glass,(which is still attached to the factory padded dash), for the heater, nd R for the signal seeking radio. The car also came with the power windows. From whatI've read online with the car being a Eldorado it would have come from the factory with chrome wire wheels, ut i do not have them. The car is just like you see it in the pictures, ll of the body pieces are in primer and ready for work, nd the car is just about pulled all apart with the body aboutready to come off the frame. I had the idea of building a pro touring car out of it, ith a LS1 and custom built chassis, ut i have way to many projects right now going, nd would hatefor the car to sit and go down hill in the next 3 to 4 years or so before i could get to it. This car is an amazing car start for a project, hatyou could either take back to original or build a protouring car out of, ither way the car would be worth six figures either way. Very Rare anddesirable car for what it is. Certainlydon't see these coming up ever day like this, nd certainly not in this shape when they do come up.The car is for sale locally and is subject to be taken off eBay. The car is also sold as is with no warranty. A 25% deposit is due within 3 days of the auctions end and the balance within 7 more when the car is to be picked up or arrangements are made for the car to be shipped. If you have any questions about the car please fill free to ask and i willgladly answer them to the best of my ability, hanks And God Bless, ody 251-454-5455
