Cadillac DeVille 1967 Description
Wife says I have to sell some of my toys, herefore up for auction is my 1967 Cadillac Sedan DeVille loaded with almost every option what was available back in 1967. I purchased it from a gentleman who has owned it since 1969 and he purchased it from his employer who ordered the beautiful Cadillac brand new in 1966. It is an all original survivor car (except for paint) with the actual miles listed. Vehicle comes also with its Production sheet, riginal Protect-o-Plate, anual, ervice Plan Booklet and both sets of keys.Optioned with:
- Auxiliary horn
- Automatic climate control
- Cruise control
- Rear window defogger
- Door guards
- Soft Ray glass
- Guide-Matic headlamp control
- Power door locks
- Power windows
- AM/FM stereo
- Six-way power front seat
- Front shoulder straps
- Tilt-telescope steering wheel
- Remote control trunk lock
- Twilight Sentinel
- Limited Slip Differential
Engine / Transmission:
The engine and transmission are very good and dead reliable. All gaskets, rubber lines, park plugs, luids etc. etc. has been changed. The old girl starts up and runs beautifully with absolutely zero smoke. I drove the car on sunny days the last couple of years ~80 miles from my house to work and back with zero problems whatsoever. The AC is charged with the "real" stuff and it blows cold. The transmission shifts beautifully. NO leaks anywhere!!
Tires:
Tires has been replaced about 2 years ago so they have maybe 6000 miles on them (I only put maybe 3000 miles a year on the car). They are wearing evenly with no alignment issues.
Interior:
The interior is in gorgeous condition and all original. The dash has zero cracks, ne crack in the steering wheel. In addition, he headliner and all door panels are perfect as well as the carpet.
Body:
The green paint (color code is called "Pinecrest Green") is in very good condition, as repainted only once in 1980. No rust anywhere. All the chrome trim is in very good condition as well, othing is missing.
Electric:
Everything works as it should electrically including all lights, indshield wipers, top lights, urn signals, C, adio, nterior lights, tc. The only minor thing is, hat the cruise control isn't working.
All in all this is a very well maintained original survivor car that has been extremely taken care of and makes a great statement. I would literally drive it anywhere at this point...except in snow.
THE BROWN COUPE DEVILLE SEEN IN PICTURES IS NOT A PART OF THIS AUCTION AND ALSO NOT FOR SALE!
I have the car listed for sale locally so I do reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells. The car is in storage, ut the shipper of your choice can pick it up anytime at my place. Also, f the buyer prefers I can store it at no additional costs till Spring of 2016, but a 50% down payment has to be made by end of auction.
Thank you for looking and happy bidding!
