MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present this clean and desirable 1970 Cadillac Coupe DeVille convertible. This beautiful example is the recipient of a $25,000 frame-off restoration and has only had 2,600 miles put on it since the completion.

In 1970 a facelift included a grille with 13 vertical blades set against a delicately cross-hatched rectangular opening. The bright metal headlamp surrounds were bordered with body color to give it a more refined look. 1970 was the last model year for pillared sedans until hardtops were permanently dropped in 1977. It was also the last year the DeVille ever offered the convertible body style. A total of 181,719 De Villes were sold, accounting for 76% of all Cadillacs. Never again would Cadillac sales be dominated to such a degree by a single model.

Finished in a dramatic Bahama Blue, the paint job of this DeVille shows very extremely well. Both the front and rear chrome bumpers fit nicely and finish is exquisite. The Ivory power soft top is in excellent condition along with the glass rear window. The rare Ivory parade boot is in the same great condition as the convertible top. The front grill is complete and looks extremely good. The aluminum trim pieces are all present and display a brilliant and are dent free. The headlights and taillights are in very good condition with no hazing or cracks. The matching rear fender skirts are in excellent and complete the overall theme of this Deville.

Inside, the front and rear Ivory leather seats all look great with no minor signs of wear visible. The factory Ivory with wood trim door panels and dashboard compliment the blue exterior of the car and look fantastic. The original steering wheel matches the interior, and looks good. The power windows, power locks, air conditioning and heater perform as designed. The black headliner of the soft top looks great and black carpet look fantastic.

This Cadillac Coupe Deville features a 472cid V8 engine, fed by a Rochester Quadrajet 4 barrel carburetor. Power is transferred to the rear wheels by a Turbo Hydra-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission. Suspension consists of coil springs, DeDion axle and front roll bar. Drivers assist features include power steering, power brakes and cruise control. The 15-inch steel wheels with full Cadillac hub caps and whitewall radial tires are in fantastic condition!

Overall this incredibly restored Cadillac is an excellent testament to classic styling, build quality and diligent ownership, it would be a challenge to find a comparable model in this impeccable condition and originality! GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!

Current mileage on the odometer shows 2,558 miles, according to the vehicle’s documents is understood this is the mileage since the restoration. The car is being sold as is with a mileage exempt title.
