Cadillac Eldorado 1983 Description

Top of the line offering for 1983, the last year of this 79-85 Eldorado body style. Soon to be down sized again to the "Stubby" Eldorado as I call them. The '83 was a great style, and had some really unique features and design ideas. The rooflines on these cars are very classic Cadillac, including its stainless steel roof shell. This particular Eldorado is the top trimmed Biarritz edition, giving it overstuffed leather seats, unique chrome spears down both sides to the nose, and unique bagging. We have this nice Eldorado Biarritz Coupe to offer this week. We just recently purchased it. They were moving to a condo and would no longer have a garage. This car has been inside and hardly used since 2010. It's finished in a artic white with matching landau roof and dark carmine leather interior. A beautiful color combination.

The exterior is in good condition. The paint is bright and shiney. It looks to have been repainted in the past. There are a few scratches and paint chips There are a few small rust marks as shown. There is a rust mark just below the landau roof on the left rear quarter. Paint is chipping on the right rear quarter(pictured). Light dent on the bottom of the right door. Rust bubble on the right windshield pillar. The right front fender has rust/rot. It will need bumper fillers. There are a few marks as shown. The landau roof looks great. The chrome looks good but has some pitting. A good looking Eldorado.

The interior is in good condition. The seats are soft and so very comfortable especially for long rides. The rear seat looks great. The driver's seat shows wear and has some tears. The passenger seat shows wear and has some tears. The door panels has some tears. The dash pad lhas a few cracks. The bottoms of the doors have some rust as shown.

This Cadillac is fully loaded The only option it is missing is the Bose sound system. Options factory moonroof, digital dash, auto dimming, R.R. grille, auto door locks, locking gas door, and climate control.

The tires are showing 60% tread.

Everything works except the A/C blows warm. The compressor is frozen. The passenger seat does not work. The digital dash will work correctly after the car has run a while. The numbers go crazy at first. Im thinking a connection issue. The antenna is missing. 

It's equipped with the peppy 4.1 litre V8. We are selling it true miles unknown over 100K miles. 

This car runs and drivers good. It shifts as it should The brakes stop but are spongy and a tad firm. Im guessing a master cylinder. It could use an alignment. 

This Eldorado is quite the looker. A great car that needs a few cosmetics. Fire her up and off to the car show. An affordable collector car.
