Liquidating a business. We have a replica of the car from the 2016 movie Ghostbusters. Except it is a limo instead of a hearse. 46k original miles. New carbeurator, battery, paintjob, tires, tune up, ac compressor, rear ac blower, radio.
Top was rhino lined with red rhino coating. Kids love this car! I literally just finished this project in the summer of 2016, and that is when Uber entered the picture. They have killed my small taxi company. The paint job is 1 yr old and is flawless, we even replaced the back panels by the headlights that always crack on these cars. they're new fiberglass panels.
Interior is original, and some of the headliner in the back window is hanging off, as shown in pictures. We decided to leave it as is, as it adds a character to the car. It was originally a mississippi state legislator car and it still has the sirens and the wails working. the blue lights are also in the grill, but have been disconnected. Wouldn't take much to reconnect those or replace them with amber lights. the light controls are still connected in the car.
Car runs perfect, only 46k original miles. The carbeurator was gunked up, so we put a new holly 550 on it last summer. Runs and shifts smooth.
We've rented it out for halloween and birthday parties, but it is time to let it go as we are closing the business.
The car is replicated down to the ghost on the front, and the red vinyl lettering should come right off, as i waxed the car before putting it on, and the letters haven't been on there longer than 6 months.
