RARE CHANCE TO BUY ONE OF THE MOST DESIRABLE CLASSIC CADILLAC MODELS OUT THERE AND ITS EVEN A CONVERTIBLE.
We have not had a chance to run this vehicle through the shop yet, as it was a prior loan default repo of a major lender. It was jump started off of the transport truck and driven to the back of the lot. The drivers drives door latch is broken, so the door doesn't close and the interior is in poor condition along with part of it broken. Exterior paint and chrome wheels look pretty good. That is as much information about the car as we know. Mileage is exempt due to the age of the car and will be verified at time of sale. Sold as a collectors item and should be inspected for on the road use (like any classic car) before driving on the road by a skilled mechanic. There are mobile inspection services available for interested buyers at an additional cost to the buyer.
Someone has a chance to get in cheap and restore it the way they would like it.

ADDITIONAL TERMS OF THE AUCTION
If buying from outside the United States, you must have a exporter/broker place the bid and handle the transaction, we do not export or ship. However, properly licensed exporters are welcome to bid on behalf of there foreign clients. All buyers must complete dealer transfer paperwork and pay a $95 document fee in addition to the high bid amount. Arizona buyer must pay 6.1% sales tax, and Arizona plate registration or title only inspection at an additional cost. Out of state buyers are responsible to pay their own taxes if any and may request (at their own cost) a 90 day temporary Arizona registration tag if desired. Full payment required within 3 days and removal for the cycle with in 15 days. If any terms of the auction are violated, the bidders deposit will be retain for liquid damages and the sale will be canceled. Bidders with less than three feedback are subject to identification per eBay rules, those who do not identify are subject to bid removal.
