Ok, this is really a project car. Can realistically only be appreciated and bought by men or ladieswho know all body shop skills, and can rebuild autobodies by hand. If you can do that, I haveassembled an excellent set of rust free sheetmetal sections which now need to be aligned andwelded together. Custom auto body builders can do all that in a week. Although not shown, allmajor parts included, great 48 hood, great doors (with EXTRA pair complete but rusty doors) and very, verynice factory original deck lid, which is convertible only and two straight quarterpanels. Also included is good rack although frontheader bar needs considerable rust repair. Welded together and assembled, this car worth $30K and up.Restored, over $100K. For these reasons is a good buy and great project. No title, bill of sale only.
Car can be re-titled using VIN number stamped upon its ORIGINAL CONVERTIBLE CHASSIS.
No Motor or transmission included, is assumed buyer will choose to place a modern driveline in it, overchoosing an expensive to rebuild, hard to maintain factory driveline which is at best a weakling 150 HP.
If you did want the original look engine, a 1962 Cadillac 390 engine looks identical, and has 325 HP. and itsa direct bolt in! Having said, I don't have it so I'm merely suggesting, not offering in this sale.
Sorry will not negotiate for lower price. Prefersell someone else. I will pack everything for along distance transporter. Must be picked up from my alley,so a local tow truck may be necessaryto get it to a aplace where transporter can load it. Has great factory wheels with good rubber allaround,so no worries about flats.
