This car is better than new!
This Pro Built wagon has undergone a long term nut and bolt restoration, ith lots and lots of time and money invested. These are hard cars to restore and there are very few out there done to the level this car is. This is the best 59 wagon on the market, nd the nicestI have seen offered for sale in quite some time.
This is a car you just have to see in person. The pics do not come close to doing it justice. It is absolutely stunning in real life. The color really pops in the sun!
You could not come close to having one built to this caliber for the money this car can be bought for.
There is nothing on the car that was left untouched. It received a very thorough restoration with lots of attention to detail.
This was an Arizona car its entire life and it shows! It was extremely solid throughout prior to the restoration. When you start with a good car, hey are that much better when they are done, nd this was an exceptional car to start with.
On top of the very high end restoration, his car has has had all the steering, uspension, rake, nd drive train upgrades that make it a joy to cruise. It has power steering, isc brakes, old AC, verdrive trans, djustable air ride suspension, odern drivetrain, tc.
The interior of the car was all professionally done and looks incredible. It's all new from top to bottom. All the metal inside the car including the entire floor was painted while the interior was out of the car. The dash looks awesome. It was stripped and repainted. The gauges were all professionally refurbished. Any of the chrome on the inside that needed replated was done. A complete new carpet was custom sewn from front to back. Every single piece of hardware was replaced with new stainless.
A New Ididit tilt column was installed and painted to match.
Everything works, ncluding the fuel gauge, orn, peedo, emp gauge, ummy lights, ourtesy lights, ome light, love box light, adio, ll lights and blinkers, auge lights, urn signal and bright indicator, ct,the radio was upgraded to a am/fm with aux. input.
The car is equipped with a gen IV vintage air setup. The compressor was upgraded to a GM unit and works very well. I have had alot of wagons with AC, nd they struggled to stay cool. This setup blow ICE COLD! It does a really good job of cooling the car.
This wagon retains it factory eazy eye tinted glass. It is in extremely nice shape, ome of the best original I have seen. The only glass that has been replaced is the windshield and vent windows.
Every single seal, asket, eatherstripping, nd anything rubber has been replaced.
I am VERY picky on paint and bodywork. I have seen very few wagons that have met my standards on body and paint. These are big cars with lots of contour and are hard to get straight. The paint and bodywork on this wagon are outstanding! This thing is laser straight and I very rarely say that! There is not a single ripple, ave, r imperfection anywhere on this car! The roof looks like glass. The rockers are straight as a board; the tops of the fins are as well.Hundreds of hoursof blocking went into getting this car as flat and straight as it is. There are no touch ups, o chips, o clear shrinkage, o uneven metallic, r damage from re-assembly. The door gaps andpanel alignment are very nice. The doors open and close with 1 finger. Every window rolls up and down like new. All doors lock and unlock with the same key.
This car was painted completely dissembled with every piece of glass out, oor off, ailgate off, ront clip off, tc.
The brightwork on the car is extremely nice as well. There is not one piece that was left untouched. Every single piece of stainless was professionally straightened and mirror polished. Anything that was chrome was triple show plated and looks better than new. Emblems, oor handles, iper arms, tc are all new. The side moldings are anodized aluminum. They were stripped, traightened, e-polished, nd re-anodized.
The drive-train of this car has been completely gone through.
The motor is a brand new GM performance turn key crate motor. This means it comes fromGM complete with intake, arb, istributor, lternator, uel pump, ll accessories, nbsp;intake, arb, xhaust manifolds, tc. It has the belt on it and is ready to fire! It's not the cheapest way to do it, ut it ensures you are getting all quality GM parts throughout. Then billet specialties streamline valve covers and breather were shot in gloss black to dress things up. A billet alternator fan and Chevrolet script breathers were also added.
Everything under the hood is new. Not a single clip, ire or screw was overlooked. The fender wells were blasted and powder coated satin black. The radiator, adiator support, nd fan shroud were also blasted and finished in satin black.
The trans is a new 700r-4 orverdive that shifts and performs perferctly.
The rear end has been gone through, long with the driveshaft, arrier bearing, nd yolk.
605 close ratio power steering was added and makes the car steer effortlessly. All front end and steering components have been gone through as well. New ball joints, nner and outer tie rod ends, dler arm, itman arm, nd steering box. Every single bearing, eal, nd bushing has been replaced.
A complete new wiring harness from front to back was installed and looks nice and clean.
This entire car was reassembled with new hardware.
The wagon has new exhaust all the way back and is nice and quiet!
The suspension is all brand new. It is fully adjustable four corner air ride, ith electric valves. It uses all quality components from RideTech, iair, MC, nd has been professionally installed and functions just as it should. It is fully adjustable and can be raised or lowered by the controls on the dash to set your desired ride height.
The car has tubular upper and lower control arms with all new bushings, eals, nd ball joints.
The brakes have been upgraded with high end parts. The calipers are c4 Corvette, he rotors are C5 Corvette. A Wilwood master cylinder was added to feed the massive 14" brake. The car stops very well.
The wheels are brand new 2 Piece Billets that were made right here in the USA by Esajian wheel. They are 20x8.5 in the front and 22x10s in the rear wrapped in new Z-rated rubber.
This car is a joy to drive! It is smooth, ight, nd quiet. It cruises highway speeds with ease. It turns low RPMs at high speed. You can cruise 75mph with the windows up and the AC. It seals up nice and is quiet and smooth.
Overall, his car needs nothing! There are no excuses with this one. It is going to make someone very happy!
