Chevrolet Monte Carlo 1984 Description

I bought this car from a dealership in Ohio in May of 2012. I was told that a soldier doing odd jobs for an elderly couple found it covered up in their barn and bought it from them. He put the rims on it and drove it for a short period and sold it to the car lot because he was getting deployed. This was going to be my daughters car on her 16th birthday but I decided against it. After getting it home I had the carburetor cleaned, ew plugs and wires, as tank dropped and cleaned, ew fuel filter, il and filter changed, he AC worked on, ew exhaust, nd stereo installed. The AC is not blowing cold so it may need recharged since it has been garaged for the last 3 years. The car starts and runs good. It has been garage kept since I've owned it but only gets driven for about 50 miles each summer. I need room in my garage is why I'm selling. The parking brake does not work. I think it is rusted. There is some small leakage around the oil drain plug. I am not a mechanic and cannot guarantee anything so you can feel free to inspect it or have it inspected. The car is in really good shape with normal wear for a thirty one year old vehicle. It has very few paint chips, aybe two or three. The bumpers are cracked on the corners. It would be a great car as is or a great project car if you wanted to beef it up with a larger engine or hydraulics or something. It will start right up and go wherever you want. Oh, lso has new pioneer CD player with aux input, ew kenwood tweeters, ids, nd 6x9's. In the trunk is a Fusion 12" amplified bass tube. Stereo was professionally installed at a shop.
