Chevrolet Nova 1972 Description

You can drive while building, or completely restore, or anything in between!

This is a 1972 Chevy Nova with a 350 V8 and TH350 auto trans. It is the original numbers matching 2bbl 350 165HP that came with the car. As you can see, the car is really complete and in stock condition. As far as I can tell, it has the original interior as well. The heater actually works really well even when its below freezing outside. It originally came with a vinyl top which is gone, and the side trim has been removed too.

I have completely replaced all of the suspension and steering components. And the brakes have been completely redone as well, including the hard brake lines. Brand new front tires too.

It has new matching door and trunk locks.

I was building this up for my wife to drive while being worked on. So if it has to do with steering or stopping, it’s been replaced. I did not want to tear it down and have it sit for years.

This is definitely NOT one of those projects you see that is missing a bunch of parts. It is almost 100% complete and intact!

It does have rust around the bottom of the car, floors, and the trunk as you can see in the pictures and the video, but the front subframe and rear rails are still really good. I have NOT found any in the cowl area or at the bottom of the windshield or back window.

The car starts right up every time and runs really well considering it is the original components. I have put a few hundred miles on it over the last month or so.

Make sure you check out the walk around video I made. As well as the series of videos I put on YouTube of some of the progress on the car.

I will link to two of them here, and check out the others in my channel.

Make sure you ask any questions you might have!
