Chevrolet Corvette 1972 Description
Gorgeous Custom 1972 Stingray Corvette, lat out stunning!!!!! This Beautiful C3 Corvette was restored 10 years ago. Frame off restoration with over 37K in receipt. 48K in receipts. look close at pictures from when I bought it, o current date. Comes with spare tire holder not shown in pictures was removed for new exhaust cats back tips. Custom hood long end very nice. Will include old hot rod exhaust with correct original chromes tips, nd some extra parts not shown. Has only 11k miles on re-mastered drivetrain. Recent work done dating back to march 2014 over 5k. 4 new tires most pictures show old tires with lots of tread but the vette sat for long time so those tires where no good, did get over 2k miles on the old tires one blow out but tire did not loss air, hen replace all tires. New suspension as the vette was rarely driven for last 5 years before I bought it. Had old dry rubber brushing. And thinking back I got sold on redoing the front suspension, spent over 3k have receipts, ork was done at Corvette Mike in Anaheim Ca. New custom exhaust system add about 15 hp The most stunning blue you'll ever see! Custom blue paint with layered candy blue style. Custom small block pushing close to 360 poines .343hp dyno, as a custom auto transmission. The pictures of my phone and video don't justify how stunning and amazing the paint and sound really are. Please fill free to view videos,Test run did not get the best sound, rom this old phone. On the first run theirs a light about quart mile and light was yellow and the vette had just shifted and I let go of the pedal and decided to take it in almost red;-) that's what you hear, y c3 vette runs and shifts perfectly. This is a true daily driver. I drive it to work daily that's 18 miles every day. Gas is kicking my ass! so it got go.... but I love it, nd so will you! If you want original look else were, his is Custom Baby..... This hot rod is soo bitchin you going to make everybody turn. Lots of thumbs up. The custom motor has been modified to limit has 327 off a 1965 Corvette Motor. As 1972 the stock 350 had only 170hp as government emissions regulations kick in. Custom BM 400 turbo tranny! This bauty is a true daily driver. This one is driven to shows, ot a trailer queen then show me..... Have driven it to San Diego, os Angeles and Santa Barbara about over 300 mile round trip with no problem. The sound it makes is beyond me.... WoW. The roars are sick and when going 50mph or more and releasing gas paddle the sound it makes.... love it. boooom booom boom bom Running straight cats back system with long tube headers, ound amazing! It drives and handles really well. It better as most everything is new or like new. Power, ore then a enough! The Corvette is originally from California. In 1989 goes to Texas then 1991 goes to Florida in 1995 back to Texas 2001 back to same owner in Florida and 2005 Back to California. Then to me! future owner is going to live in one of these 3 states. J/k. I have receipt dating to 1992 work done and repairs. The last Florida Owner was a real Corvette fan, nd owned many Corvette's. Once candy blue painted He wanted to drive it daily as well. So he took 327 stock 250hp motor out of 65 vette, nd made one hell of a monster out of it. Not just for the power but for the reliability and performance. It's not so friendly on gas thow. Has custom bored out heads, ustom chambers . motor work alone cost over 7k and 16k on paint. that's custom all the way. overall 9 of 10 C3 vette paint 8/10 has one small scratch on the driver door if it wasn't for that 9/10 paint still looks new 10 years later, s it was always garaged and only 8k miles on drive train. Has a small oil leak sense been driving daily the leak is tiny now. Probably needs to drop panels and change gaskets. At the same time this baby runs on synthetic motor oil and 91 octane of course.
