Chevrolet Corvette 1993 Description
You are looking at a 1993 40th Anniversary Edition coupe with a rare 6 spd manual transmission, Dana 44 differential. The car was highly customized long ago, but had a minor fire under the floor damaging the transmission tunnel.Other than this damage and the fact that the car has been sitting quite a while, it is a complete car ready to reassemble. The transmission has been removed to inspect the floor pan and will need to be reinstalled after the floor is repaired. Although we have no knowledge of the cars condition, we were told it was running prior to the transmission removal. We hooked up a battery and the door chime, interior lights, wipers, and headlights all functioned normally. We did not try to start the car because the transmission is out of the car, however, there is nothing obvious that makes us believe the car will not start.
Customizations to the car include:
·Many polished or plated parts under hood and underneath
·Custom body kit molded into the body
·Shaved door handles
·ZR1 type wheels
This car would make a nice custom C4 for very little investment, since many of the customizations are already performed.
If you do not desire to build the car, it is an excellent source of parts for your Hot Rod build! As a complete C4 manual transmission car, it can be used as a valuable source of parts including: Front and rear C4 suspension and brakes, valuable and scarce Dana 44 differential, 6 speed manual transmission and 300 hp LT1 engine. You can also use the seats and the ZR1 style chrome wheels. As you can see it would be a plentiful source for your ongoing Hot Rod project.
