For Sale!1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 4-speed Convertible factory garnet red with white top and white interior.This car has the original 396 motor and transmission and 12 bolt rear end.The rear end has all new bearings and seals.This was a frame off restoration that we started.The frame has new bushings and an all new braking system complete with new front disc brake front end and drum rear.The car also has all new brake lines.The large big block size fuel line was also replaced.The frame has already been sand blasted, painted black, and clear coated.All of the undercoating was removed from the original floor pans of the car and painted red to match the body.The body has the original fenders, floor pans, fire wall, deck lid, convertible top frame, windshield posts, and rocker panels.All of which are rust free and in great shape.This is an all original 1969 Chevelle ready to be finished.We have already installed new quarters, a new trunk pan, new doors, and a new hood.I have all of the original SS badging for the car that came with it when it was new.The car has been sitting in storage since 1976.The motor is original to the car but will need a total rebuild.We also have the original Muncie 4 speed with the factory bell housing which is also original to the car.I have the original front bucket seats along with the original console andrear seat with the original factory upholstery still intact.I have the original door panels with the 396 SS badging but all of these are worn and will need to be replaced.The spare tire a wheel are original to the car along with the jack. The fouroriginal factory wheels are also included.This is a very rare all numbers matching car and the hard work has already been completed.If a person can finish the work on the car they then could save thousands.The price for the car is as is $35,000.00.
