Chevrolet Camaro 1989 Description
1989 Chevrolet IROC-Z 350 small block Chevy V8 with 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission. This car is red with T-tops and black interior. Car has limo tinted rear window. Car was purchased from a good friend and former neighbor with a bad engine knock and has been parked outside under a car cover this whole time. Paint is in good condition save for a few dings and scratches and some moderate clear coat peeling. Engine last started 5 years ago and car moved forward and back under its own power. Currently no battery is in the car and the alternator belt has been removed although I don't recall why. It probably rotted out or possibly an accessory was locked up or making noise??? Other than that car is complete. Mileage shows 18093 I believe 118093 is actual mileage but perhaps it has 218093 but former owner may recall. Has CD player with detachable face but not sure where faceplate is. Back hatch does not seem to lock. Car must be picked up in San Jose California within 24 hours of auction end unless prior arrangements are made previous to auction end without exception. Car will need to be towed. Pink slip is lost so Bill of sale will be provided. Car will be sold as is. Feel free to contact me at anytime for more info, details or pics. I reserve the right to end auction at anytime as car is also being offered locally and to friends. Thanks for looking. On Feb-26-17 at 07:25:46 PST, seller added the following information:
Just noticed some grey material shows on the car in some photos. It is dust from many years of being under many different 4 layer Kimberly Clark material car covers.
Just wanted to add that car has Michelin tires that should be replaced due to age but they still have held air all these years. I do not believe I've ever had to add any air to these tires!
