Chevrolet Corvette 1965 Description

Up for auction is a project I was putting together. It started out as an abandon drag race project from sometime in the 1980s. I removed the original chassis and added a complete new Mongoose Motorsports Grand Sport rolling Chassis. Mongoose Motorsports is renowned for these, they are thepeople that built the grand sport in the Fast and Furious movie. It's is worth checking out their website @ mongoosemotorsports.com . The last picture of the car is when I got it from their showroom, same chassis, different wheels & tires.
This chassis features the larger Dana 44 rear end with 3:55 gears. The suspension is C-4 Corvette with new coil overs.
The body is in very good shape with the exception of the original front end being cut off. The one on there does have some cracks and needs to be mounted. This is a project vehicle that is at a good point. I did install 2014 equinox black leather seats in the car (on tracks with heat), It also comes with a C6 Corvette gauge panel as well as a C6 Corvette steering column.
The side windows are plexiglass and the mechanisms for them are gone.
