1957 Corvette Restomod Project Newman Frame

Chevrolet Corvette 1957 Description

I have up for auction my 57 corvette. This car started off as a basket case. It has been pulled completely apart and had the body professionally blasted to clean fiberglass. Added GTS rear quarters to give extra room for a bigger tire. Frame is a Paul Newman Car Creations frame. One of his last ones he has sense retired. I ran the 88 -96 corvette suspension front and rear with Paul's free action rear suspension kit. I have the Dana 44 rear with 3:45 gears. I have the Collector edition big brakes all around along with Baer rotors. The frame has been powder coated. New brake and fuel lines are run. Motor is a 2015 ZL1 with 8 miles on it 580hp. Trans is a brand new Tremic Magnum 6 speed brand new Center Force duel disc clutch set up. Exhaust manifolds are from an LS7 I had Paul Newman work them over for a cleaner look.I have set of 2009 Corvette wheels blacked out with brand new Michelin tires. New computer and wiring harness from Speartech for the motor.New Rain gear wiper system. New Flaming River tilt column with U joints and shaft. Brake booster and master cylinder.
