1992 Chevrolet Silverado flatbed 2wd 100% RUST FREE

This truck has been completely rebuilt from the ground up through the summer and fall of 2016. Here is a listing of all the work that has been done.

-Stripped and painted frame

-New heavy-duty bumper, new grill.

-Brand new flat-bed with LED work-light and tie-downs.

-New headlights, maker-lights, taillights, LED reverse-lights, LED front light bar.

-New rocker panels and cab corners

-New windshield and tinted rear window

-New suspension front and rear including upper control-arms/ball joints/bushings, idler arm, pitman arm, sway bar end-links, tie rods, springs, rear coil over struts, front shocks, front spindles. Has also been professionally aligned.

-New brakes front and rear. New pads, rotors, calipers, wheel-bearings, rear drums, rear spring kit, rear cylinders. All new brake lines from master cylinder to each wheel.

-New fuel pump, sending unit, all new fuel-lines, filter, injectors, filler-neck.

-New torque converter, front-pump, trans flush, new filter, new pan with drain-plug, new gaskets.

-New U-joints, rear end rebuild, new fluid, axel seals.

-Tires are all matching and have approx. 80% tread left.

ENGINE REBUILD (approx. 1,000 miles ago):

-New Injectors, every sensor has been replaced, ported and polished throttle body and intake, new intake gasket, rebuilt TBI, new air filter, new valve covers, upgraded valve springs, new valve seals, new pushrods, high-performance camshaft, hydraulic roller lifters, new head-gaskets, double-roller timing set, new oil-pan gasket, shorty headers, high-flow exhaust, new plugs, new coil, new wires, new distributor. All new fluids and oil filter, electric fan upgrade.

INTERIOR:

-Flawless seats, near-flawless carpet, headliner, dash, steering-wheel. Door panels are in great shape but show minor wear around switches.

-Power steering, tilt wheel, AC, MP3 CD, upgraded sound system with subwoofer and amplifier, 60/40 plush split-bench, great heat, B&M ratchet-shifter A/T, all glass is flawless, power windows, power locks.

This truck was built to WORK HARD with a brand-new flat-bed and a complete head-to-toe professional bed-liner paint-job (not crappy aerosol stuff). My intentions were NEVER to sell this truck as it was my grandfather’s originally, and I have put well over $10,000 into it. However, it has to go as I have gotten a new job, far from home, and it is not very practical to drive an hour to work and back. Plus I have 4 kids and a standard cab truck just doesn’t cut it anymore.
