Chevrolet Sedan Delivery 19570000 Description
Up for sale is a 1957 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery Wagon. Recently purchased this but then decided I have too many projects of my own. The rear floor pan is in near mint condition. The front floor pans will need to be repaired/replaced. There is no motor/transmission with this car. The bumpers and front grille are missing as is the body side molding, ut all of the interior trim (around the windows) is present to the best of my knowledge. We have removed the wooden floor in the rear but still have it, ou are welcome to this as well. I have the wheels that came on the car, ot claiming they are original, ut they are 13" and I didn't have any luck finding any used 13" tires to get it rolling. It is the standard 5x4 3/4" Chevy bolt pattern. The doors all open well, he rear hatch is very solid and shuts well. The driver side door is missing the latch currently but it does open, t just won't stay shut for transport without some other method of securing it. I can facilitate transport and/or delivery within about 500 miles of Fayetteville, R. Beyond that you would have to provide your own transport. Please note: We are a FULL SERVICE restoration/street rod shop. If you are in the market for having one of these built, am happy to build it for you exactly as you wish. This is one of the nicer specimens we have to restore. Most of our restorations started out much worse than this. If this is of interest to you, lease contact me. I can provide references and examples of our work.
While I expect most will see this in the pictures, do want to point out that there is rust in the lower areas of both front fenders, nd also in the lower front quarter/rocker panel area. The patch panels are readily available from a number of sources.
My price is set nearly exactly to reflect what I currently have in this car. Therefore I won't negotiate on the price. When considering that we were planning to build a 100k + car, his represented less than 4% of the entire expected costs. These cars are getting very difficult to find. Thank you for looking!
I do have a clear Arkansas Title to this vehicle. The VIN on title matches the VIN plate on the driver's A post.
