It has a sweet running 396 engine. a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. power steering. drum brakes. marina blue paint. new black interior. good BF Goodrich tires on Rally wheels. new bumpers and a new windshield. VIN 136176A168392 and the title matches the car VIN plate. MILES: 83300 reading and who really knows for sure. I don't. HISTORY: I bought the car from a car restorer friend that lives near Cincinnati. he bought it from a lady in MI. it was supposedly from the deep south before that. HAS THE CAR EVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT? I see no bends in the frame and the title states nothing. IS THIS A MATCHING NUMBERS CAR? No! The 396 engine is not the original and the Turbo 350 transmission is probally a up grade from a Power Glide. HOW IS THE ENGINE? I think its a good one. it has no rattles or knocks. The casting numbers are 3969854. past owner said it was a 396 and the number indicated it. The ignistion is up-graded to MSD. the carb is a dual line Holley. The radiator looks like it has been replaced recently. the anti freeze is clean and good. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a Turbo 350 automatic that shifts good. HOW IS THE REAR-END? Its a 10 bolt with good highway gears. I hear no whines or growls. HOW IS THE STEERING? I think it drives good. it does have power steering. HOW ARE THE BRAKES? They stop the way drums do. good. but not as good as disc. HOW IS THE PAINT? The marina blue metallic paint is very nice driver quality. No dents. no dings. no rust bubbles. some very minor touched up chips on the front edge of the door. it has a very good shine. The car was block sanded good. I consider it straight to look down the sides. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? New seat covers. new door panels. new kick panels. dash pad is good. headliner nice. sun visors stitching coming loose. carpet nice. original seat belts faded. HOW IS THE VINYL TOP? No rust bubbles under it that I see. its looks good to me. HOW IS THE UNDERSIDE? It has old dealership under coating. I think the floors are original. the frame looks solid. Its just old and ugly. but looks solid to me. WHEELS AND TIRES: BF Goodrich tires with good tread mounted on 15 inch Rally wheels. DO THE LIGHTS WORK? Head lights work. tail lights work. brake lights work. turn signals work. interior light is not working. DO THE GAUGES WORK? They are in a pod under the dash old school. they work. look at my pictures for the readings. WIPERS WORK! GAS GAUGE WORKS! SPEEDOMETER WORKS! HORN IS NOT WORKING! HEATER CONTROLS; They are junk and need replaced if you don't put AC on. EXHAUST SYSTEM: The mufflers are old school glass packs. one has a tiny hole. I can put what you want on. but the price goes up. RADIO: It works. its a cheap Pile. GLASS: The windshield looks new and clear. side windows roll up good.
