This was the 4th year for the 2nd Gen Camaro. When they built this Camaro they built it to look like the ’70 with the split bumper and the small reap spoiler. Inside they kept with the ’70 look as well with the Horse Shoe Shifter and the low back seats. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior. interior. and heartbeat of the Chevy. but first we would like to tell you a little about us. Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned. operated. and own our entire inventory. no consignments. and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So. that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. Everything is covered in the Tuxedo Black Paint that is accented by the White Z stripes that are painted on under the clear. The jams as well as the trunk were done well. It has the front spoiler as well as the rear ’70 spoiler. At the time of the build they installed new bumpers and other trim. All the weather stripping was also changed. All the glass looks good with the door glasses working as they should. The final exterior touch is the 18” and 20” American Racing Wheel with new tires. Next. we will take a look at the interior of the ’73. On the inside it’s done in the ’70 style. It has the low back seats with adjustable head rests. Also it has the ’70 console with the Horse Shoe Shifter. It’s all done in black with good carpet. door panels. and seats. The dash looks correct with a nice dash pad. This Camaro retains its correct seat belts. Finally. we will take look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it looks good with the inner fenders being painted gloss black. The engine is a built 350 Small block with Aluminum Head and Intake. The valve covers are aslo Aluminum. The exhaust is 3” with headers and flows. This is a factory AC car with it all there. Also. it comes with Power Brakes with Disc up front. It also is a factory Power Steering Car. When you look under it all the floors look good along with the sub frame.
