1969 Camaro SS 396- 4 Speed CONSIGNMENT SALE *FULL ROTISSERIE RESTORATION* X-22 CODE- SS 396 Cortez Silver/ Black Buckets Vin# 124379N593009 Paint Code: 69 Cortez Silver Interior Code: 711 Standard Black Bucket Seats ENGINE Casting: 3968854 * Era Correct 1968-69 SS 396 Block* TOO MANY PARTS TO LIST! Evolve Motors is pleased to present this fully restored 1969 Camaro SS 396 We are selling this fully restored SS on Consignment for one of our clients. No dealer taxes or fees paid. This is a private party transaction. Exterior: This car had a complete rotisserie restoration completed within the last 2 years. It has since been garage kept in Texas prior to being shipped to Chicago in an enclosed trailer. The body is nothing short of a show stopper. All the chrome, trim, bezels and plastics are perfect. The body is nice and straight and the panel fitment is spot on. The Cortez Silver two-stage paint looks fantastic and was done to the highest standard. Only a couple very minor blemishes are noted. There is a tiny rock nick in the clear coat on the header panel and a hairline paint crack in the leading edge of the plastic rear spoiler (possibly from someone pushing on it). We also note a little overhang on the rear edge of the driver’s door (see pics) which can be adjusted on the striker. The car has front and rear spoilers as well as rear bumper guards. The Rally wheels show in like-new condition. This true SS is everything you would hope it to be and much more. There was no-expenses spared when doing this build and it shows just as nice as the day it was completed. Interior: The interior is dialed in perfectly. The seats, carpets, trim, and hardware all present in new condition. There are some tasteful add-on gauges that hang between the dash and the stacked rally gauge cluster. The dash houses the factory radio, Soft Ray Tinted Glass, correct bucket seats, and center console. The interior still smells like new. All interior hardware looks new or refurbished. The console wood looks clean and new. All in all we give this interior a solid “Aâ€. Under the Hood / Underbody: Again, we defer to the pictures. This is a show car! Under the hood looks new and correct. Some tasteful upgrades were done under the hood in the form of valve covers, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, and carb. The owner retained all the original parts which go with the car. This is a date code correct SS 396 block which follows the X22 Code. The engine is properly tuned and it runs great. It has a Holley 680 bolted to the Edelbrock RPM Air Gap Intake. Lunati Voodo Cam and Roller Rockers all add to the power of the 396 that is delivered to the 12 bolt 3.73 rearend thru a Munci M21 4 speed. An MSD ignition keeps her lit long enough to leave all your competition behind you. Power steering and Power Disc Front Brakes all make driving safe and comfortable. One look under the car and you can really see just how much work was done during the restoration. It is super clean and all parts and hardware look new. This car will not disappoint.
