Body and interior are original and in excellent shape. No rust ever. Everything works heater, efroster, ipers, ights, mergency brake, auges, nd original AM Radio.
I installed:
1. CPP front end kit. This allowed for 5 bolt wheels and disc brakes in the front.
2. 1965 Nova rear end. This allowed for 5 bolt wheels in the back.
3. Dual master cylinder (power brakes)
4. 1965 327 V8 motor with camel hump heads (1.94 in intake valves), ebuilt with about 10,000 miles on it now.
5. Edelbrock aluminum intake and carburetor, lectronic distributor
6. Energizer cam (power from 1000 rpm on up)
7. Henderson headers, ual exhaust, urbo mufflers
8. 4 core aluminum radiator, lectric fan. Engine has 160 degree thermostat, an has 180 degree thermostat. Fan only runs if you are in town. Never gets got.
9. Multi leaf rear springs with coil 1000 lb helper springs
10. Includes Nova floor mats front and rear.
11. Top was replaced before I bought the car, replaced to boot
Other facts:
Has original 2 speed powerglide transmission and column shift.
Trunk and floors are 100% solid and like new.
Nova only came in a convertible for 2 years 1962, nd 1963. This is a 1962 40, he most expensive model that year with the 6 cylinder motor and bucket seats.
One of these totally original recently sold on EBay for 19,500.
Original jack, ew spare tire
Front tires were wearing on the inside, had the front end lined up last year, rives true and straight, hould have done it sooner.
Odometer shows 131,000 miles, robably original.
I bought the car on EBay from in Bend Oregon, bout 9 years ago.
