Chevrolet Camaro 1974 Description

This auction is for a 1974 Chevrolet Camaro LT Sport Coupe. Original Matching Number 350 V-8, 2 BBL, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, Factory Wood Grain Dash with Gauge Package and Tachometer. Aftermarket AM/FM Cassette. Bone stock original interior, part vinyl and part tweed material. Rear Spoiler, Rear Window Shades and Factory Rally Wheels. This car has had only 2 elderly owners and has 44,000 original miles. I cant brag it up enough. It drives like 1974 all over again. The first owner was in his 80's when he purchased the car new. He said before he passed away he was going to buy a new Camaro sports car and he did. He was in his 90's when he passed and left the car to his son when it only had 20,000 Miles on it. The son didn't want the car so he sold it to a friend of the family who we purchased it from. She has owned the car for the past 28 years and has always had it in a heated garage and never out in foul weather. Life circumstances required her to reluctantly part ways with it. The car has had one repaint. Originally it was a iridescent type green which can still be seen on the trunk lip. She always liked black so had the car painted that color. The body is super straight, solid and clean. Underside is very nice solid as well. The only issue I saw was the rear extension panel that always tends to rust on these Camaros has had an older repair. There also is a dent on the passenger side bottom of the rocker which can be easily pulled and repaired. Trunk pan is solid. It is all original under the hood. Still even has its smog pump. Interior is very nice. There is a wear spot on the drivers side seat bolster where the seat belt rubs it and typical headliner material starting to come down. All gauges including the tach work properly. As I mentioned before the car drives and handles like a dream. Leave it as a survivor car or make it your own.
