Has to be one of the best looking 67 Camaros on the road. 600 miles since complete restoration was completed Spring 2015. This car is brand new everything from the tires to the roof, xcept for original 1967 fenders, oors and firewall. Every other piece of exterior sheet metal on the car has been professionally replaced. It is virtually a brand new body. New bumpers, rim, rill, ragar SS wheels, nd Cooper tires round out the look.
Drive line is a 2000 Camaro LS1 with 4L60e auto transmission. Custom driveshaft was made, nd B&M QuickSilver handles the shifting. Hedman Hedders and a custom fabricated exhaust give the car a great sound. Car is a blast to drive, uiet and loud at all the appropriate times. Wiring harness and ECM are custom jobs from LSX Unlimited, nd the tune makes this car a dang fast ride when the foot gets a little heavy. Rear end is original with drum brakes. Power assist and front disc brake conversion was added. She stops as good as she goes...
Interior is all new from carpet to headliner. It is the Custom (Deluxe) interior, lack with white piping. Door panels are the expensive solid panels, ot cloth covered. Custom console has room for the elbow, nd cold drinks.
Paint is gorgeous, heck out the pictures. Olympic Gold base coat with clear, nd black Z28 stripes. Many hours of cutting and buffing resulted in a deep mirror shine. New black vinyl top completes the look.
Car took Best in Class, uly 4th 2015 Car Show in Kerrville TX. Trophy will go with the car. Virtually no expense was spared on this car. You may find some cheaper, ut you'd be very hard pressed to find a nicer '67 Camaro LS1 conversion done this nice.
