Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1956 Description

Up for sale today and ready for immediate purchase is this 1956 Bel Air 4 door hard top. A pretty unique car thatoffers hard top looks with a family cruiser attitude. We acquired the car in a package deal where it had been off the road and stored in a collection for many years. Once we brought it back to the shop a new fuel tank was installed and a complete tune-up and fluid change were performed. It has a 350 4 bolt main, with cast iron powerglide, it runs and shifts great. No smoke or leaks on the engine, trans leaks a few drops as its the general nature of the cast glide. A edelbrock 4bbl intake and carb were installed at some point. The brake system is NEW front to rear (hoses, wheel cylinders, master). A set of newer Hancook tires was installed on the Factory 15'steel wheels.The car is in very nice restorable shape for its age the only servere rot in the car is in the rear sail panel(c-pillar) area pictured below. The floors look decent but there is a few very small areas that have some rust. no patch panels required to fix and the trunk pan is solid. The rest of the car is as you could expect and going through the many pictures below you can see what you'd be working with. Glass is there but in poor shape I have a 56 parts car and I am including a extra hood with the auction, any other parts we can sell you for additional cost. The car has a Texas issued vin plate with a clear Florida title in hand.
