The 1969 has captured hearts and minds of multiple generations and is still a top 10 collector for generations and most that were not even born when it was burning up pavement. This 69 was most recently purchased in 2009 for $29. 00 from a midwest dealer. It has an extensive file of paperwork that accompanies it including the original build sheet (oiled). original plates. and what appears to be a receipt for every item every purchased for the vehicle. Vintage air was added with the 2009 purchase and blows cold and well. This car has period correct 396 that runs really well. strong and sounds great. I have not been able to determine if it was an original SS that had the added YENKO trim. All Yenko. trim. decals. engine labels. and markings are precise. Cowl tag and VIN pictures are available. The car drives extremely true. straight as an arrow on the road. The restoration paint appears great from a few feet away but up close it has bubble spots. see pictures added. The body is extremely straight. trunk and hood open easily and margins look good. The bubbles are not rust but appear that the base coat was not correctly done although professionally paid for at the time. Extensive walk through with the car points out a few items of note. The gauge lights do not illuminate at night and left interior blink light does not work although the sound is working and works outside. The right door sticks and is difficult to open from inside. from the outside it is fine. All of the glass is impeccable. All of the windows roll easily and work really well. The interior bucket seats. vinyl. flooring. and dash is fantastic. looking really good. Interior dome light works. Please message with questions - happy to answer
