The Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum is the fitting location for many of our photos of this classic '64 Chevy Corvair Monza convertible. This car was originally Goldwood Yellow and has been repainted Tuxedo Black. The interior has been restored in brilliant red. This is a very attractive Corvair Monza that is a pleasure to drive.

Recent work done by Texas Classic Cars;

New rear brake shoes and resurfaced drums

New front shoes, ylinder, nd hoses

New door and trunk weather stripping

Rebuilt both carburetors and linkage

Rebuilt starter

New fuel pump

We do have the correct Monza emblems for the car.

The body is straight throughout and the paint is in very good condition, good solid driver quality finish, howing a few chips along the door edges.

Open the doors to 1964. This interior has been restored and is in excellent condition.

The dash displays the factory instrument cluster. The dash pad is clean and detailed. The carpeting has been replaced as have the door panels.

The white convertible top has been replaced and is in great shape.

The convertible top boot snaps into place.

The original VIN plate is in position.

The engine compartment displays the previously rebuilt 164 cubic inch Flax-Six rated at 110 horsepower with the dual carburetors. Further inspection of the engine compartment reveal original sheet metal throughout the inner fenders and firewall. The carburetors and carburetor linkage were just recently rebuilt.

The new spare matches the other 4 tires.

The original trim identification plate is intact and legible.

Enjoy our remaining photos and again feel free to contact Dave at 214-213-7072 or Maris at 214-616-2317 with any questions.

The undercarriage is in good condition throughout this Corvair. All in all it appears to be solid . There was some floor work done and it appears to have been done well. The engine and transaxle underside are also in good condition as is the suspension front to back.
