Chevrolet Corvette 1975 Description

Fantastic opportunity to own a rare. collectible Corvette that is only going up in value. This is a rare low mileage 1975 Corvette convertible optioned with an L82 engine. One of only 366 made in 1975. It has 26. 00 actual miles. The car was purchased new in 1975 in Massillon. Ohio. The paint is mostly original. It was touched up by the dealer in 1975 due to a poor factory paint job. This was a common occurrence with GM in the 1970's. The radio is original and had had an amplifier installed to make it sound better. This car has always been stored indoors. nbsp;and never driven in rain or snow. This is a rust-free numbers matching numbers car has the following options:L82 engine4-speed close ration transmission Power SteeringAM/FM radioPower WindowsDual HornsGymkhana SuspensionDeluxe leather interiorHigh altitude axleWhite convertible topThis car in is great shape. It will need some minor TLC to be a great cruiser. The bumpers are original and have begun to crack due to age. The exhaust is not original and will need to be replaced. The tires have good tread but are older and should probably be replaced for safety. I have the original order form from the dealer when the car was ordered in 1975. Below is a link to the car's C3 registry page that was put together by the third owner. It documents some of the car's early history. I am the 5th owner. http://www. c3registry. com/index. php?job=ShowCorvette&car_id=10313 Here is a link to lots of pictures of the car. http://s942. photobucket. com/user/1975greenconvertible/library/Blue%20L82Email any questions. Cash sale. I was able to find the first owner of the car and talk to him. He confirmed the car was repainted by the dealer under GM warranty due to the poor factory paint. The dealer he ordered it from was allocated 10 Corvettes in 1975. this one being the last one. He was able to select which options he wanted on the car. Most L82 Corvettes made were highly optioned. This one is not which makes it pretty unique. No power bakes. no air conditioning. The original owner sold the car in 1977 to a manager at Crestmont Cadillac in Cleveland. Ohio. He owned the car until 1995 when he sold it to his cousin. The car was sold again in 2010 to the individual whom I purchased it from last year. I have uploaded a copy of the dealer's car shipment paperwork I got from the original owner.
