Chevrolet Corvette 1972 Description
1972 Corvette. The last year of the chrome bumpers. This car was always my dream so I decided to build one for myself. I'm not a fan of matching number cars I like a lot of power and a transmission with an extra gear so your not running high RPM's when driving on the highway. If you want a numbers matching car then this one isn't for you. I built this car with the intentions of keeping it forever. However after it was finished I realized that I made a huge mistake. I built the car so nice that I don't want to drive it. I'm scared of a deer running out in front of me or getting a stone chip in the paint etc. Plus we have salt all over the roads here in NJ now. I drove the car home from the body shop and it has sat in my garage ever since. I do start it and keep it on a battery tender and I have really enjoyed looking at it for the past six months. The car is so perfect and clean that I can't bring myself to getting it dirty or risking any damage. So I figured it needs to go to a collector or someone who isn't as attached to it as I am. I'll give you a brief description of the car. I'm sure the pictures will tell more then my words. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. 1972 Corvette stingray coupe complete frame off restoration. I could go on and on describing this car from the new fuel cap to the headlight rebuild but I think most of you will know what your looking at and if not just ask me. I have over $80. 00. 00 invested in this car and should have all the receipts for the buyer. I'm inviting anyone interested in this car to come and see it in person. I will also consider trades plus cash for a pre 1954 ford or chevy truck. The older the better! I'm open to reasonable offers. Please don't low ball me. I don't need the $. This car is beautiful and will only go up in value every year. http://youtu. be/PR0bQ0tIHkE
