Chevrolet El Camino 1968 Description

My 1968 El Camino runs great! I have been driving it a lot lately with the nice weather in my area. It has a 350 motor with Holley carb and riser. Edelbrock intake manifold. headers and duel Flowmaster exhaust. Turbo 350 Transmission with external trans cooler. 12 bolt rear end. and front wheel disk brakes. It has brand new KYB shocks on all 4 corners. and a new radiator. it also has a high amp alternator. and GM Factory 15" rally wheels not aftermarket. The dash has no cracks and looks great. no tears or rips in the seat. The door panels are also in good shape. The carpet is ok. and the headliner is decent. but curling up a little on one side. This El Camino is not a show car its a driver. the body has many imperfections. including some small dents (as pictured). some rust bubbles forming (also pictured) and other imperfections. The paint is shiny and looks pretty good. but who ever (previous owner) had the paint and body work done definitely didn't pay for the best. In my opinion It's still a great looking car regardless. and it gets thumbs up everywhere I go. I would call it a driving project that is pretty far along. It will need tires soon. has a small broken piece on one rear taillight lens and the hood hinges work fine. but might need to be replaced.
