Chevrolet Nomad 1958 Description
Up for sale is one great driving 1958 Chevy Yeoman Wagon done Pro Touring style. History of vehicle was Jesse James and his cousin originally built vehicle in California (yes Austin Speed Shop Jesse James). at one time was a very high dollar hot rod ahead of it's time with a lot of fabricated pieces from carbon fiber. a lot of chrome inside and out. Chrome tilt column. all inside interior molding. radiator support. hinges. and master cylinder are chrome all outside chrome has patina. New radiator. new transmission. new fuel pump. new drive shaft bearing. 4 wheel disc brakes. 10 bolt posi rear end. nbsp;tubular upper and lower control arms front and back from Ride Tech. along with their bag system. two compressors. nbsp;analog gauges. Rocket wheels 18" rears and 17" front. nbsp;dropped spindles. I would get in this car and drive anywhere. This was my everyday driver in the summer so drives and handles great. I will miss it. but I bought another wagon (1957) and wife said I can't have both. Also. included will be complete original trim that took me forever to find. new gauge cluster that cost $700 from Dakota digital that fit's in original placement and has actual needles(not cheesy digital gauges). Additional rear window will also be included. along with more trim than you would ever need. My plan was to put all trim back on. Also will include from window glass seals. new wipers. the one on it currently work. complete set on original 1958 dash bezels for a nomad if you want to put on as well. A lot of new parts I collected to finish this summer. but bought new toy. I reserve the right to end early as it is being offered for sale locally as well. I was already offered 11K for it and I have about 16K in it. hoping to not lose quite as much. but Momma told me has to go. I reduced the initial bid to 11. 00 this is no reserve. it will sell after this listing has ended one way or another. Call me with any question 517-917-6540. Have all original trim and additional rear glass. I'm sure I'm missing something. This car can be driven as is. which is what I would do. or some body work and paint. would make this just a killer Pro Touring wagon that gets looks everywhere you go regardless. Good luck bidding starting bid is well below what I have in it. Wheels/tires and suspension are 7K alone.
