Chevrolet Corvette 1989 Description

This is a rare 1st year production of the 6 speed manual transmission ( Just over 4000 made ) as well as the first year FX3 adjustable suspension ( around 1500 made ) and this car has both . It also is a factory Z51 handling package car with factory two tops . dual power sport articulated seats . Heavy Duty radiator and cooling fan . oil cooler . and Delco Bose system as well as a few more options including the electronic climate control . drivers side vanity lighted mirror . etc. The car has been well maintained/serviced and everything works properly including the dash illumination and select functions as well as the air conditioning and power antenna . Car is very clean . some paint chips on very lower portion of drivers door ( stone chips ) with no major defects a to scrapes/major chips or need of repair . It has been stored over the Winter and not washed/detailed just as you see it ( photoed day of listing ) and actually looks better in person then pictures . There ha a bee a lot of routine maintenance on the car and all of the usual suspects have been addressed . headlamp motors /gears are brass upgraded . dash cluster was sent out and repaired . speakers rebuilt correctly for the factory amplifiers to work . power door lock actuators . etc all done and upgraded . It also has a new SS exhaust upgrade sounds great not loud but subtle rumble just perfect . really is a just get in and drive it car and I assure you that if you can fit in it you will love this car .
