Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1958 Description

Available today is a clean, traight very presentable driver quality 58 Belair 2 door hardtop. I am selling this car for a friend who is not computer fluent and all information stated in this ad was supplied by the owner. I have however, ooked this car over closely and it is evident to me that the facts presented are correct, his is a nice car for cheap money. The frame appears very solid and unmodified front to rear. The car is powered by a nice running 283 2bbl. with a Powerglide transmission, ower brakes and power steering. It all seems to work quite well and I believe it to be all original. The car is very straight, he paint appears fairly new and much of the chrome is also new. I understand the car has had some metal work including but not limited to rockers, ower quarters, little trunk patching and some floor repair. All appears to have been done professionally with no attempt to hide any of the work. I understand the owner has replaced the complete wiring harness with a correct replacement and the car has a complete Flowmaster dual exhaust front to rear and it does sound very nice. All glass is good with the exception of a small crack on the driver vent window, ll windows open and close as intended. I have driven the car myself and it starts, uns, rives and stops quite nicely and thanks to a new radiator and shroud exhibits no tendency to run hot. Interior is fair in that the front seat could use a recover, oor panels, eadliner and carpet all present and usable as is but a little tired. The car is currently missing the air cleaner, e may find one before the auction is over but no guarantee of that. This is a nice, aily driver car that could easily be taken to the next level but I personally think it is just fine as it is. It is licensed and titled by the owner and is driven quite often. A set of torque thrust wheels and this would be a whole new car. No trades please and as always, o test pilots but rides freely given.
