How do you start an ad for a fire truck…. that is NOT a fire truck???? I don’t really know. BUT HERE GOES. We traded for this “thing “a while back. DO NOT LET THE SALVAGE TITLE alarm you. This vehicle was PROFESSIONALLY built to a very high standard and has NO VISABLE previous damage what so ever! It was purchased out of a wrecking yard and restored. The mileage on the odo is since restoration. 17 k miles since restored. This is a 1969 C 60 Chevrolet truck with a flatbed. The bed is 14 ft. long by 8 ft. wide. The wood on the bed is in very good condition. It is obviously dressed as a FIRETRUCK. The bed does not move. The gauges on the side are for show only. With the exception of the tach . hat works fine. The interior on this truck are as it was when new and it needs NOTHING! The exterior has a few rust bubbles but shines like a new penny all over. I have no idea how much it could have cost to restore this great old truck . ut I am certain that my reserve is WELL BELOW the cost to build this truck. Don't be afraid to make an offer . ith a trade. I am firm on my pricing of $4800. 00. It turns heads everywhere I go. with the lights and siren going!!!!!! It has been enjoyed as the “hay ride” truck on Halloween and been in several parades. She runs well and drives just as good as it looks! It has a 327 engine that fires right up with no smoke. tick or other bad noises. She really does run well. It has a 2 speed rear end that seems to work fine. The interior is in excellent condition. I guess what is for sale cheap is just a great looking old Chevy truck.
