Up for auction is an extremely rare rust free one owner 1985 Silverado C-10 6.2L Diesel with 123k miles. This truck spent most of its life in FL and has been meticulously maintained since day one. The paint was faded and the truck is in such excellent condition we didn’t hesitate to have it repainted with factory colors and a fresh coat of bed liner. Any chrome that was questionable was replaced. The interior is perfect except for a couple small cracks in the dash pad. The cap was painted the same matching grey and can be easily removed with 6 bolts there is padding on the cap side so the paint will not be scratched on the bed rails.

It has the tow package including GM heavy duty rear springs not helpers electric trailer brakes setup professionally installed towing shift kit Reese 5th wheel mount Reese 2” receiver factory option upgraded cooling system/ trans cooler/oil cooler Fresh undercoataluminized coated dual exhaust which is as solid as the day it was installed heavy duty shocks 2 brand new Exide batteries and 4 new tires. Other than that this truck is completely original and unmolested. It was my father’s truck and he briefly towed a 35’ 5th wheel but mostly was parked in a campground in FL. Then it was brought to MO and sat in a garage where I used it on weekends.

It is very reliable and I would tow anything reasonable weight anywhere in fact I use it to tow my 21’ cuddy and it pulls like it wasn’t back there at all great mileage with or without something in tow.

We had to replace the starter a few years ago and that is the only failure the truck has had in its 30 years other than the normal maintenance items like tires and batteries which are new brakes filters fluids etc….
