Chevrolet Camaro 1981 Description
Very rare Camaro Convertible conversion before original delivery by National Coach Engineering of Michigan. They built just 400 cars between 1979 and 1981. There are less then 100 known today. This car is completely original and considered "survivor" status. Car has Z/28 package with 350/4BBL and automatic transmission. Positraction rear with 3:08 gearing. Power steering, brakes, windows, locks, air (no belt), tilt wheel, cruise, and AM/FM/Cassette (Jensen). Paint is all original and shines very nicely, but shows areas of checking. Interior is mint, with no rips, tears, or stains. Manual canvas convertible top has no damage or repairs. The original build sheet, owner's manual, and a magazine article about the conversions are included. Tires are 235/60r/15 BFG's and have tons of life left. Car has 41, 91 miles, and was sparingly driven and garage kept since new. Car is located in Voorheesville, NY, and will be shown by appointment.
