Chevrolet C-10 1965 Description

1965 Chevy pickup short wheel base. Have owned the truck for the last 16 years. I bought it from my father-in-law who owned it five years. The reason the hood and the right front fender and front in general are in primer, is I hit a deer and had to replace the parts about 8 years ago. We have done nothing with the truck. It has sat for the last two years since I got my rollback. It has some rust, the worst being in the roof above the windshield. I have the replacement part for it cut out of another truck. Also have access to another cab top. Have a better hood and the stainless that is not in the photo. The truck has a new battery and does run and drive. Needs a tune up as has been sitting, maybe a carburetor rebuild. I would not trust the brakes even though they work at the moment. The air cleaner is off for the picture. Has headers. The whole front end was rebuilt ten years ago with Kanter parts. All glass is good. It will need new wood and strips in the bed. We do not have time to restore and do not want to see it rot away. We did use it as a truck. I do have one stipulation upon selling, that I have first option to buy if you decide to sell it. Any other pictures you want or any questions you have feel free to ask. I would encourage to pick up with trailer or dolly. Mileage listed is not correct, exceeds limits. Was originally a 6 cylinder truck.
