This is a beautiful 1961 Corvette Roadster finished in Roman Red with Ivory coves. This car has only 61, 28 Actual Miles. The car still retains the numbers matching 283 cubic inch engine with 2-4 barrel carburetors. The block is coded “CU” which is correct for the high HP engine This engine comes with the solid lifter Duntov Cam. The VIN number is stamped on the block as well. This car also has the correct 270HP heads, intake manifold, and carburetors. The car is believed to retain its original interior and it looks remarkable. Chassis is clean and suspension is tight. The Convertible top is white and is about 5 years old. All of the Glass appears to be original as well. Seldom do you find a C1 Corvette as correct as this one.

Mechanically the car runs flawlessly. The car is very reliable and powerful. The solid lifter cam provides a great idle and fast revving engine. The close-ratio 4 speed shifts well. The original radio was retrofitted with an am –fm stereo internally and sounds great. All of the gauges work. The heater works as well. All lights work.

The body and paint on the car is gorgeous. Paint is hand rubbed and polished and has a mirror like finish. The chrome is excellent with no pitting. The bumpers may have a few scratches on them from polishing. The car is highly detailed and has all the correct hoses, clamps tags etc and is ready to compete in a car show or take her for a long run down a country road. This car is awesome and will provide the new owner years of enjoyment. This is a great investment that will only appreciate in the years to come!
