Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1956 Description

Selling an absolutely beautiful un-restored 1956 Chevy Bel Air Hardtop. This car has 81000 original miles on it and it runs and drives superb. I purchased the car from the second owner who was forced to sell the car to pay off a hard money lender on his property. The second owner only had the car for one year and he bought it from the original owner. The original owner was very proud of her car and she took excellent care of the vehicle. Here is what I can tell you about the vehicle.-New radial white walls-Has factory power steering and power brakes-265 V8 with automatic trans-Glass is in good shape-Floor boards are solid as shown in the pics-Original took kit and tire stand in the trunk-Original paperwork for changing the tire is still on the inner fenderwell of the trunk-California bumper package-Clean Idaho title-Very nice original interiorA few things to note about the car. It has the original interior and the radio still works on AM. The seats and headliner are in amazing condition. The floor still has the original black carpeting and vinyl foot mat. The dome light works as well as all the running lights. The car has factory power steering and power brakes which work amazingly well in dry weather. The glass is in very good condition for its age and all the windows roll up and down nicely. In my honest opinion I believe thecreme colorhas been repainted at one point and the driver side rear quater panel was painted. The gold on the lower quarter has a bit more shine to it then the rest of the car. There is a small dent in the lower section of the driver door which could be popped out with the dent removal tools. The trim is in great condition overall however the lower rocker trim has some dings from gravel hitting it. The chrome on the bumpers is in good condition not show condition however this is not really a show car. The trunk floor and rear apron is totally solid sheet metal as well as the floors. The front driver side fender has a rust line over the head light as seen in my photo and a very small blistering on the driver side lower quarter panel behing the door. It is not rusted through. The carb has been rebuilt and it has a new exhaust system. When the car sits for a period of time and you start it up one of the lifters will clatter for a minute or so then quiet down. The car comes with a clean and clear title in my name so you will not have any surprises when you go to register the vehicle. The car would be an excellent addition to any collection or a buyer looking for a car that they can get in and enjoy. I welcome any inspections and please ask your questions before the last hour of the auction. I will gladly provide pictures of other areas that you may with to see. This car is sold as is.
