Chevrolet C-10 1967 Description

Chevrolet's popular late-Sixties C10 pickup is the basis for this body-off Resto Mod buildup. With its badges removed and bright Red paint clothing its bodywork the truck enjoys a clean look accented with chromed bumpers grille side pipes tailgate stays and mirrors with LED taillights adding a high-tech touch. Slightly lowered over 20-inch alloy wheels with Yokohama radials it incorporates an upgraded drivetrain with a new 383 CI GM stroker crate engine using a 4-barrel carburetor on an aluminum intake polished valve covers K&N high flow air filter and a serpentine belt system driving its power steering pump alternator and air conditioning compressor; an automatic transmission and 3.73 Positraction rear axle complete the drivetrain. Handling and stopping were improved with the addition of sway bars and power 4-wheel disc brakes respectively while the interior offers a leather-wrapped banjo billet wheel on a tilt column all new glass and power windows.
