Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1957 Description
1957 Chevrolet Belair hardtop 283/270 Horse
This car has been sitting since 1976 when it was last registered. I purchased it from the secondowner. When was the last time you seen a real factory 2X4 car with everything there to restore? It is a project but everything is there for the car. It still has the original EB code motor, riginal carbs are there in boxes the first owner had them restored in 1980 and never installed them so the boxes are falling apart, riginal 997 heads correct dates, rginal aluminum intake, ual point distributor with figure eight coil bracket, oth deep groove pulleys original 3/8" fuel line still has the factory batwing aircleaner with the passenger offset pod to clear the deluxe heater and in excellant condition. The only thing missing is the generator was replaced for a standard rebuilt one but the generator mounting bracket is the correct low profile one for the 2X4 cars. All the stainless is present but not on the car. BF Goodrich bias ply 7:50X14 tires wide whites. The car was originally dusk pearl with a white top. As far as rust there is a couple floor brace to inner rocker that are bad on each side and rust in trunk only where inner wheel house meets the trunk sides. I have photos included of the only rust on the body. If you appreciate the original cars over the built ones this is the car for you. Call anytime 217-620-3405
