Chevrolet Camaro 1968 Description
First bid and this Camaro is selling! No other reserve!
This is a bargain-you know how much a good paint job costs now!
Fresh Torch Red paint very straight body and professional paint work. There are 2 gallons of color on this which isfour coats in urethane single stage. It can still be buffed or wet sanded or both but is currently gleaming. Engine is a 350 ci Target Master engine that has new cam lifters timing chain and gears Edelbrock carb spark plugs actual mileage on engine is uknown but it runs very nicely with lots of power.
Also has headers and dual exhaust front to back.
Transmission is a TH350 just serviced and it shifts great.
The rear end is a factory POSI unit. Also just serviced.
The four wheel drum brakes are all new with new wheel cylinders and new master cylinder. Rear e-brake cables were also replaced. The shifter is a B&M which works fine but I also have and goes with the car a factory shifter cable andthe trim pieces for the console I do not have the console itself. There is no radio.
Everything functions as it should on this Camaro.
Other new parts include the carpets rear parcel tray LF armrest and rear trunk lid which is a Dynacorn part.
The tires are in decent shape more than 50% tread leftand the 7" Rally wheels were sand blasted and professional painted. True mileage is unknown.
The Camaro needs the interior done. The front seats are incorrect (possibly later year F car) but are mounted correctly. The rear seat is most likely not correct either but does fit. Door panels and headliner need replaced. There is no glovebox interior. Having said all that the interior is quite presentable as it is and could be used for cruising this summer.
This Camaro has a clear title in my name.
I live in Canadaabout 2 miles from the US border (Blaine Wa)and will deliver it to the border if needed. For a shipping quote used Zip 98230.Due to the age and the fact it is a US built car there will be no duty to import it into the US. I will assist with whatever is needed with importing it.
Reason For Sale: My dream car1957 Chev Nomad has come available and so I must move the Camaro along.
This Camaro is also for sale locally so I do reserve the right to stop the auction at any time.
I will accept cash certified check or wire transfer.
$500.00 due within 24 hours of the end of the auction balance within 7 days.
